Through Edit Page or Tool,
you can access screens to:
- edit the title and appearance of page and
tool links.
- edit the title, appearance, and specific program settings for external
program links.
- change the location of page and tool links.
- edit the content of a page or tool.
- update the student view after editing a content
module.
The Edit Page or Tool screen
is divided into two sections:
- Edit links on the Homepage and Organizer Pages
- Edit links on the Course Menu
The pages and tools listed in each section are presented
as links. You can edit a page or tool by:
- clicking the name of the page or tool.
- clicking the Homepage
or Organizer
Page
on which the link is located.
For users who are new to WebCT, we recommend that you
use a wizard to edit the following tools:
- Homepage
- Organizer Pages
- Syllabus
- Content Module

- Discussions
- Mail
- Chat
- Calendar

To enable the wizards, select the Use
a wizard when available check box. For more
information on wizards, see Course
Design Center. Note:
Depending on administrator settings, this feature may not be available
to you.
