Content
Compiler
allows you, your students,
and your teaching assistants to create a custom collection of course notes
from the topics in a content module. After compiling the notes, you can
view them on screen, save them to a file on your computer, or print them
from your browser.
Before you and your students can use
Content Compiler, you must add it to your course. For instructions,
see Add Page or Tool.
To compile notes:
- From the Course Menu, click Compile. The Content
Compiler screen appears.
- In the Content Compiler table, locate
the content module you want to compile, and click List pages.
- Select the pages of notes you want to compile:
- If you want to compile all pages, click Select All.
- If you want to clear all selected pages and start again, click Select
None.
- Click Finish Compile. A new browser window appears that contains
the compiled notes.
- You can either:
- Print the compiled notes. Use the print option in your browser.
- Save the compiled notes. Use the save file option in your browser.
- View the compiled notes in your browser.
- To return to the Content Compiler screen, close the browser
window.
